Our PTA works tirelessly throughout the year to support our excellent teaching staff and students both in and out of the classrooms. We believe that active, involved, caring parents really make a positive difference in the education of our children. If you have any questions or have ideas about events, we would love to hear from you! Please contact us at Loyola.Elementary.PTA@gmail.com.

Get Involved
The Loyola PTA is a volunteer organization that organizes and funds many of the programs and events that make Loyola so great! When you join the PTA, you have the privilege of voting at PTA meetings to influence major decisions that affect our school. So please make it a priority to become a PTA member and become an active participant in our school community.
In the last two years, Loyola parents contributed over 10,000 volunteer hours – a major reason Loyola is such an outstanding school! Volunteerism enriches the school experience for students and offers parents a wonderful opportunity to make friends and build a sense of community. We understand that you are busy – we are too! But we promise that there is a way for you to contribute your time and talents in a meaningful way for your children and have fun along the way. Most PTA events are in the evenings and weekends, so daytime availability is definitely not a requirement when volunteering!
Join the PTA today and learn more about our many volunteer opportunities here. Please also reach out to any of our school program/activity leads if you have any questions about any of our year-long school programs or annual school events.

Step 1: Please consider donating to Los Altos Educational Foundation (LAEF) first here. Through the Los Altos School District (LASD) Education Partnership, LASD, LAEF and the Loyola PTA work closely together to help fund the programs that make Loyola and our entire school district exceptional.
Step 2: If you have already donated to LAEF and wish to also directly donate to Loyola to further support our staff and students, there are several ways to donate.
- Cash or Check: Cash or check donations may be mailed to: Loyola PTA c/o Financial Secretary, 770 Berry Avenue, Los Altos, CA 94024 or they may be dropped off in-person at the Loyola School Office in the “PTA Donations” mailbox
- Donor Advised Funds (DAF): Donations can be made through a DAF. Please send checks to the same address as above
- Corporate Matching – Double Your Impact: Many employers provide a corporate matching program, which can match your donation up to 100%! If a wire transfer is required for a donation match, please reach out to the PTA for more information.
- Stock Donations: Unfortunately, the Loyola PTA is not able to accept stock donations at this time.
