Good afternoon Loyola families,

See below for a few Loyola highlights I would like to share with you…

 Project Cornerstone

Project Cornerstone is in full swing here at Loyola!  Check out some student work displayed in our office.  Thanks to Abby Bennett for her hard work on hanging it up for all to see!

Reminder: Parking Lot Safety

Please see the excerpt below taken from my email sent out earlier this year.  It is vital that we ALL follow these parking lot guidelines to ensure the safety of all students and their families.

 Please adhere to the following...

  • Students are NOT to be dropped off in the parking lot.
  • If you enter the parking lot, you MUST park in a designated parking spot.  Do not park along any curbs, in the aisles, etc.
  • Use Handicap Parking spots ONLY if you have the proper permit to do so.
  • If you choose to walk with your child(ren) on to and off of campus, and there are no designated parking spots available in the parking lot, you MUST park on the street.
  • If your first pick up is at 2:40, you may NOT remained parked in the loop.  This has the potential to create major delays.
  • NEW>>> You MUST remain patient and wait your turn to drop your child(ren) off on the curb before the crosswalk in the loop.

I know I can count on you to take this situation seriously and work with me to rectify it.

A Human Ice Cream Sundae

On Friday, December 7th, immediately after the Morning Assembly, I will live up to my end of the bargain as our Walkathon pledges surpassed the goal!  I will be decorated as a Human Ice Cream Sundae.  Did someone say…Chocolate Syrup?  Hope you can join us for the fun!

Wishing all of our Loyola families a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday!

Have a wonderful weekend..

Richard Julian, Principal
