Loyola PTA orders supplies in the Spring for our children and teachers to use in the classroom on the first day of school. Bulk purchasing and recycling have allowed us to greatly reduce costs and shopping time for parents, and teachers and students are able to "hit the ground running" on the first day of school. Parents will not need to buy supplies on their own.

Durable goods in working order and unused supplies are reused from one year to the next, so leftover supplies are not thrown away nor sent home with children at the end of the year.

The PTA requests a per student reimbursement to cover the cost of back-to-school supplies as part of the Back-to-School Packet distributed via email in mid-August. The suggested donation amount is $50 per student. This is NOT a fundraiser for the school and there is no profit going to the PTA. All donations to the PTA are optional and voluntary.
